I’m honored to have received the endorsement of our County’s employee’s union: the Lincoln County Employees Association.
This endorsement means a great deal to me because I have been working to improve organizational management since the beginning of my term. Knowing that our union sees that work and trusts that I will stay committed to employee well-being and success is a wonderful aspiration and added confidence that I am on the right track.
Local #541 helps keep our county running every day. These are the people serving our communities. They know firsthand what is working, where the challenges are, and what it takes to do the work well.
If we want excellent public services, we must build an organization where excellence can thrive.
That is one of the goals I want to carry into 2027. That is part of my job as a commissioner: to help build a system where employees can succeed and the community can succeed at the same time.
